These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Jalsaa website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Jalsaa Travel Marketplace ("Jalsaa", "we", "us", or "our").
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Jalsaa operates as a travel marketplace connecting travelers with travel agents, tour operators, and service providers. We facilitate bookings but do not directly provide travel services.
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
Browse packages, make bookings, manage trips
List packages, manage bookings, earn commissions
Manage multiple agents, advanced features
Travel agents and organizations must complete a verification process including business documentation, licenses, and identity verification. Verification does not guarantee the quality of services provided.

Bookings are confirmed only after:
Modifications to confirmed bookings are subject to availability, travel provider policies, and may incur additional charges. Contact customer support for modification requests.
Service provider cancellation, force majeure events, or cancellation within free cancellation period
Customer cancellation subject to cancellation policies, modification fees, and service provider terms
No-show, cancellation within 48 hours of travel, or violations of terms and conditions
Refund processing time: 5-7 business days after approval. Processing fees may be deducted.
*Subject to travel provider policies and may vary by package type
In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we will work with travel providers to offer rebooking options or refunds as per their policies.
Jalsaa is not liable for:
Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking in question, or ₹10,000, whichever is lower.
Travel agents and service providers are independent contractors responsible for their own services, actions, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is owned by Jalsaa or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
By submitting content (reviews, photos, etc.) to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for our business purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without prior written permission.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.
We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms or illegal activities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If that fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to court proceedings.
